By accessing or using this website (seedance25-ai.net, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

Description of Service

The Service provides AI-powered video and image generation. You submit prompts and, optionally, reference media (images, video, or audio), and the Service generates content using third-party AI models (including ByteDance Seedance-family models served through our infrastructure partners). We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service — including changing which underlying models are available — at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

The Service is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ByteDance.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. One person may not maintain multiple accounts to obtain free credits repeatedly.

Credits, Payment, and Billing

• Generation is consumed through credits. Credit costs per generation depend on the model, resolution, and duration selected, and are shown before you generate.
• Credits are granted through paid subscriptions, one-time credit packs, or promotional grants. Promotional and subscription credits may carry expiration dates, shown at grant time.
• Paid features are billed in advance for the selected billing period through our third-party payment processors. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.
• If a generation fails on our side, the credits consumed by that task are automatically refunded to your balance.
• Except where required by law, credits are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. Refunds for purchases are handled case by case in line with our refund policy.

Your Content and Generated Output

• Your inputs. You retain all rights to prompts and reference media you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to operate the Service (including passing them to the AI model providers that perform the generation).
• Generated output. Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may use the content you generate for personal or commercial purposes. You are responsible for verifying that your use of generated output complies with applicable law and third-party rights.
• Your responsibility. You must hold sufficient rights to any reference media you upload. Do not upload media containing other people's likeness, voice, or copyrighted work without permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringes the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any party.
• Depicts real persons in a false, misleading, defamatory, or sexually explicit manner, including non-consensual deepfakes.
• Constitutes child sexual abuse material, or sexualizes minors in any form.
• Promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, or illegal activity.
• Is designed to deceive (e.g. fraudulent impersonation, disinformation presented as fact).

You also agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Circumvent credit accounting, rate limits, or content safeguards.
• Resell or provide automated bulk access to the Service without our written consent.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate this section.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (excluding your inputs and generated output) are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings. Unused paid credits on accounts terminated for violations are not refundable except where required by law.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

AI-generated content is produced by machine-learning models and may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for your purpose. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service, and our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the Service.
